Free Revisions Policy

Every service at Fahadamina Enterprises includes unlimited free revisions within the agreed project scope. A revision is a change or refinement to the existing concept — it is not a request for an entirely different direction after work has begun.

If you request changes that fall outside the original brief (for example, switching from a minimalist logo to an illustrative one after the first draft), this may require a new order or an additional fee, which will be agreed with you beforehand.

When a Refund Is Granted

Work has not yet been started on your order.

A significant quality issue exists that our team is unable to resolve after reasonable revision attempts.

We fail to deliver the agreed scope of work within a reasonable timeframe without prior notice.

When a Refund Is Not Granted

The final deliverable has been approved by you.

You change your mind after delivery without citing a quality issue.

The brief or requirements were changed significantly after work began.

Delays caused by the client failing to provide required content, feedback, or approvals on time.

Subjective preference changes — for example, not liking a colour after approving the direction.

How to Request a Refund

Send a refund request to our support email within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear description of the issue.

We Review Your Request

Our team will review the request within 1 business day and attempt to resolve the issue through additional revisions before processing a monetary refund.

Refund Issued

If the issue cannot be resolved, we will issue a full or partial refund via bank transfer or mobile wallet within 3–5 business days.
